What was your "rep's" response?

lukewarm. He realizes that it would bring some sort of stability if we combined the lists, but is hesitant on the idea. I understand his hesitation. The possibility of merging seniority lists is not on my happy list either, but it is what should be done. In light of recent negotiations with the company and their willingness to do some bending on perviously stonewalled issues highlight the impending whipsaw. We have been complaining about these big issues for years and now all of a sudden they want to work with us and resolve these issues (most likely in our favor). I feel a BOHICA on the horizon. And I used to have such a "glass half full" attitude.

Nice wallpaper, is this new carpet?

This seasons new carpet is taupe with red and blue butterfly prints showing a dramatic scene of them drinking cool-aid from flowers with Inc. logos on the petals. Quite nice actually.
