The latest Delta contract contains language that sets aside a certain percentage of newhire vacancies to be reserved for ALPA-represented Delta Connection pilots. This is due to the amount of downsizing at said regionals. So, to answer your question, "Potentially." I'm not certain that any of the individuals hired had been furloughed from DCI yet.
