Aloha and the Mesa lawsuit

So with Aloha ceasing operations, will Mesa get away with not having to pay Aloha. Hawaiian got their 80 mil, what about Aloha?

Nope. Just the pax part is shut down. The way I read it the freight and ground services ops. will continue. And Yucaipa has given up nothing, yet. Therefore, the case is still on.

Let's hope the lawsuit goes ahead, and that the settlement is large enough to get this disgusting company to disappear.

Wouldn't it be poetic justice if Aloha shuts down, but puts Mesa out of business via the lawsuit.
