Mesa needs to go!! I agree. The sad reality is that I don't think they'll go anywhere. If JO smells blood in the water he'll continue to circle his prey. I wish Aloha the best!!

What was once a strong case in AQ vs. Mesa is now a slam dunk.

Aloha said it was down to $3.5 million in cash and that its expenses over then next 10 days would eat away about $2.3 million of that. Yucaipa said it is unwilling to provide further financing.

Interesting and sad. But the AQ case against Mesa is so strong, they'll be bk'd sooner or later due to this folly in Hawaii. AQ's suit will go forward regardless.

I don't doubt that AQ will win the suit against Mesa. However that is months away at best. The money will go to pay down their over 100Mill in debt.
