How senior is IWA? How long do you think it would take a newhire to hold it? Thanks.

Initially, went very junior. Filled up very quick (about 2 newhire classes). How long to hold obviously depends on pilot movement and expansion of the base. Right now only 10 crews. Loads have been strong so things could change very quickly.
