So how come Carr got the boot? And other management changes...
 
just a startup guy, start the wheels turning and then hand the project off to a person that likes that stuff.
 
Whats the latest with the certification? Are the wheels still moving or is everything still in limbo? I really admire the way Allegiant has formed their business plan. I'd like to see how it shakes out if they can somehow grind through this ETOPS issue.
