How are the schedules for the LAX base? How big is the base and can new hires expect to go there?

Also, does anyone have any info about training pay, lodging while in training, Reserve call out, upgrade time? Or any other good info. Thanks.

LAX is 10 crews. March shows the junior FO as a new hire right out of training. I can't guess as to whether they'll keep growing the base, but if they do, more new hires could be assigned there.

Timber - $2000/mo in training, $41/hr with a 70 hr guar for the rest of year 1. No lodging provided. Reserve call out is 1.5hrs to the parking lot. Upgrade is a moving target. It's about 3 years right now.
