Any info on pay scales, time to upgrade, pilot bases, and companie's economic status?

Had a buddy get on there last October. He was furloughed two months later after he had completed ground school and was headed for the sim. The two bases at that time were Fresno, CA and Laughlin, NV. There was talk of a base opening up somewhere farther east. There is no contract so the company can do what they want with you. Upgrade is based off of experience not seniority, so if you have the experience then you might start as a captain. The pay for captain was around 60,000 a year and I think f/o was around 36,000. I had an offer for an interview with them and after talking to the chief pilot turned them down. Seemed like they were a little shady on certain things. They do some limited scheduled flights but most are charter. As for the economic status, who knows.

They are economically sound. They keep expanding their scheduled route. They also got rid of the DC-9 and bought another MD-87 and three MD-83's. I think its a total of six aiplanes now. As for the rest, flyhard's info is as good as it gets.
