Allegiant guys, can we borrow your management to come and teach ours a thing or two about how to have a successful business plan?

I hope we can continue to have the success in the future with our business model. That really sucks what is going on with Midwest right now two my buddies just got furloughed and I’m really pulling for them over here. Hopefully we start hiring again in the next couple months. It goes to show the old 80 can still be a real money maker.

I'm sure they could work out a lease rate on upper management. This could make ancillery sales look like chump change!!

You now have 37 airplanes. Get a descent pay scale and start making what a MD80 Capt. should make.

Here we go...again. As I'm tired off typing notes responding to the same childish/uninformed drivel, I'm just going to post the response to a previous, and equally ignorant poster.

Enjoy.

For the sake of comparison, consider the current 3-yr plan negotiated by our in-house pilot group: Allegiant pay for 10-yr captain will exceed narrow-body 10-yr captain pay at NWA, UAL and US Air East. Keep in mind, that figure does not include the Allegiant bonus ($5K-$10K in '07)

We are a very new company and our mid-term pay exceeds that of much larger, more seasoned airlines with union contracts that have been negotiated for decades.

Ok, how about a "Descent Pay Scale Checklist"
