here is the deal, I went in exactly where you are at right now (private/instrument). So what i did was actually call them and they tailored a program specifically for me. In fact, I worked with them to trim the fat. For example, I believe they allot 8 hours for the multi-private, but they actually gave me five hours. So then I got my multi-private and then flew about 30 hours in the twin (pic) to meet the commercial requirement of 250 and to gain some twin time. It also obviously gave me the 15 hours for cfi program. Meanwhile I prepared for the commercial multi and flew a bit in the right seat. They also gave me free sim time to log towards my 250. So I took my commercial multi then went right into the cfi class and they actually tacked the commercial single in there right before my cfi single for convenience. The long and short is, I was there for about four weeks total and took care of all of the above. I also dont think it could have been any cheaper. As far as stuff to look out for....nothing really. This is not delta connection academy, so if you are able to hold up your end, your bill will not increase. Just study before you go down there and when you are enrolled don't panic just stick with the program b/c it has worked for many people before you...it works. Oh yeah, they put me in the housing to for i think 100$ a week, it was nice complex. if you have any questions pm me. good luck
