Just saw an advertisement in AOPA magazine about ALL ATP. The picture was a CRJ-200 with dual FMS and two All ATP personell flying. Do they now have a CRJ or jet transition? If so, who's sim do they use? I just found it a little strange as I am sure that the instructors are not experienced CRJ guys, if they are, then I guess All ATP's pays pretty well?? Anyone in the know? Thanks.

They purchased the sim. I believe they do now have a CRJ prep program for those hired by regionals. They have instructors with heavy jet experience on staff. Not sure about the pay but they must pay there higher up's ok cause they have amazing amounts of experience.
