Take a moment and reflect upon the finer qualities of your life. Take another moment for an aviating brother that was lost today, in Alaska. Nothing is known for sure, except parts of the aircraft were found in a lake not far from Ketchikan, AK. There were passengers involved as well.

Leave nothing unsaid that should be said to those in your life that should hear it!

What company did this person fly for?

Flyalot;
Yeah, I understand Jenn's doing better. Didja hear about my tundra ex getting engaged? A match made in Bethel? Hmmm.... I wish the best for her.

How's the shiny jets working out? Say hi to all the ex-ditch drivers there for me!

SUP:
Taquan. Found out he was a fellow Ditch Driver from the Canyon, as well. Really sad.

Minnie? LOL

Oh No!!!

You didn't just drop that name. Brings back some memories. "Ponch" is one.

Frozen wouldn't, I hope.

I take it some of you guys have spent some time in Bethel??? While I was never there as a pilot, I did spend a summer there. Interesting place.

Another crash in Ketchikan, today. Beaver on floats. Happy 60th birthday, Beaver....

The winds were really weird today, and the water started getting kinda rough. I pulled out earlier, but I'm kinda new here so that doesn't mean much. The pilot has a lot of hours in the Beaver, well respected and a local here.

No tourists were on board but the plane was filled with family, and many were badly burned. That's all that's known for sure at this point. Not my place to give out names, but I'm sure the press will release that stuff soon enough.

If you have pilot friends in KTN, we're all having a rough season. My prayers go out to all those involved.

Interesting!

I feel the same for the pilot what I feel for those 'curiseline' passengers and thier families.

The pilot was not my brother...neither were the passengers, but we should no only think of the pilots who die.
