Alaska Pilots take it to the customers

On "Alaska Spirit Day", the day set aside to show our customers what sets Alaska apart from Virgin, Jetblue etc...We used it as a day to spread the word to the public about what "Alaska Spirit" has become under current management. Judging by the readers comments under the article, the customers already understand.
