I jumped on Alaska in June to Cancun.

That's all I know.

:)

I could share what happened in Cancun, but the catch phrase that week was, "what happens in Cancun stays in Cancun".

In - Not Out.

If you are an Alaska, Horizon, Northwest, ERA or PenAir pilot can physically sit in the jump going into Mexico, but not out. Something about a TSA required 24 hour crew list for flights originating out of country.
I don't know if you can "jumseat" and sit in the back, or if that still falls under the same "crew list" rule. Sorry, I spend my work days at Barrow and Kodiak, not Cancun... and my FOM is in my brain bag at work.

does anyone know if alaska or frontier charge jumpseaters to carry board bags? I jumped on america west a while ago and they charged like 80 bucks for me to bring my surfboards.
thanks
