That proposal wouldn't make it through the front lobby before it was destroyed by the membership, pitchforks in hand. Look at what the top end of the pay scale is from whichever Legacy carrier is #3 and subtract a few bucks. That is what your pay scale will look like. The rest we will have to wait and see.

Highest on the 737 / hell 757 !!or I won't vote it unless it has amazing scope ... We fly 757 PAX loads now !!! Time to pay up ..
 
Those are the exact #s boys... No joke company thinks it will pass by at least 60%. Sadly they just might be right!
 
Without scope, pay parity isnt worth the paper it is written on. It is time for the top of the list to carry some weight.
