Most junior captain will have 8 years seniority. That will steadily increase to 10-12 years seniority over the next 7 years unless there is massive growth.
44 New hires for the 1/1/06 bid, supposedly will be 44 more by June or so.

Bases for New hires: (737-400 is really 737-400,700,800,900)

9 ANC 737-400
5 ANC 737-200
23 LAX 737-400
7 SEA MD-80

Rumor is that interviewing will start in early October?
