Does anyone have the Alaska Airlines Pay Rates and Gurantee?

Does anyone commute to one of the hubs from the East coast?
Heard they want you to live local.

Would from Florida be doable? Can imagine commuting all the way to Seattle or LA would be tough.

Lastly-how long are upgrades running? Imagine its a while.

Thanks and Fly Safe

You are nuts.
Clearly.
You can commute but on reserve you get 11 days off per month, one five day period, and 3 two day periods. You can ride in the cockpit on Northwest, which helps, but that's a long haul and probably two legs from back east.

Pay is:
1st $50/hr
2nd $91/hr
3rd $111/hr

75 hour guarantee.
Upgrade about 6 years, about $170/hr.

What do the Capts max out at?

Alaska Pay Scales

From the Jan 2003 Airline Pilot Careers magazine, Alaska's maximum longevity pay comes at 12 years and is based on a 75 hour minimum equalling $13,646/mo, which roughly equates to $181.95/hour. Not too bad for what will soon be an all 737 fleet.
