You didn't post the most important part of the SEC filing, the last statement:
"The statements made herein speak only as of today. We disclaim any obligation to update or revise these statements after the date of this report in the event of changes in our plans or circumstances."
Sounds to me like they are denying it today, but not flat-out denying it overall. They could just as easy turn around and say tomorrow or a couple of weeks from now...."you know, we only said we weren't going to do it that day...we told you we could change our minds"
