AirTran pilots

I was told by a BoD member over the weekend that they don't think we would get enough pilots to take action such as informational picketing if things got to that point. This disappoints me that our union leadership doesn't believe in us.

I told him that he was wrong.

So here's it is. Post here if you will take part in informational picketing if called upon. Just wondering how well BoD knows its pilots.

Incidentally, this information is COMPLETELY opposite of what the NPA put out just last month in "The National".

It showed they had well over 75% of the pilots say they would picket if required, and over 75% said they would strike if required, with 60% saying they would take a prolonged strike (15% saying they would take a short strike).

Sounds like someone is just trying to scare people... again. Pretty crappy way to try to get people to vote yes.

I think it will send a very strong message of unity that would go along with an overwhelming rejection of this Nontract I mean TA.
