Airtran Pay Question?

Im just curious. How is the pay at Airtran? First year vs Fifth year and Captain pay and upgrade time. I am a Captain with a regional now and just got my 1000 pic jet. Strongly leaning towards Airtran since I am living in Orlando. Thanks in Advance!!

If you do a search under AirTran payscale, I know it's been posted on here several times in the recent past. Upgrades had been running around 2 years, but would probably be around 3 years for those hired now.
