How are the negotiations going over there? Thought they were closing in on being released a while back. Am I wrong or has it been 5 years or so since the amendable date?

Talks collapsed over the weekend. NMB went back to Washington to decide what to do next. We expect to hear something any day now.

Waiting for the nmb to release us sometime this week super mediation broke down in st. pete over the weekend. Apparently they could not agree on pay and retirement

Well, apparently the person at the NMB assigned to our case was not present for the super mediation last week. One hypothesis is that she would probably want to witness, for herself, one more session of negotiations before making the decision to release us to a 30 day cooling off period. I doubt that we will get released without one more session to finish the economics. There was lots of progress during the first half of the week and then compensation and insurance brought everything to a standstill. I would imagine the NMB would want to see a full session with no progress before they release us.
