Airtran Hiring

Why does Airtran post jobs like Flight Follower and Aog Coordinator and now Aircraft Dispatcher, but never call or hire anyone? What is going on?

You have to be persistant with AirTran. Most hires come from the AirINc conferences..You almost have to go now to get an interview.. We are hireing almost 300 this year...Good luck...

We're talking about dispatchers (check the forum title). Unless you've REALLY expanded, I don't think you're hiring 300 dispatchers.

hey COMAIR1048.. I have been applying at AirTran for a few years and you do have to be persistant. I just got hired and start in a few weeks. They hired 5 total. If they need more, I will let you know....
