- Airline Expands Service from Las Vegas to Dayton, Akron/Canton, Flint and
Rochester -

ORLANDO, Fla., April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a
subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), announced today that it
will be expanding flight service between McCarran International Airport in
Las Vegas and Dayton International Airport in Dayton, Ohio; Akron/Canton
Airport in Akron, Ohio; Flint/Bishop International Airport in Flint, Mich.;
and Greater Rochester International Airport in Rochester, N.Y.
"Las Vegas is all about style and big money, and AirTran Airways can
get you there in style without having to spend big money," said Kevin
Healy, vice president of planning for AirTran Airways. "You can now get to
Las Vegas with extra money for a few hands of cards or a show."
The following nonstop flight options will be available between McCarran
International Airport in Las Vegas and Dayton International Airport,
effective August 15, 2007:

Dont expect this to be the last place Airtran adds service to from Dayton. Within 2 hours of 3 major cities and an hour from the highest priced city in America to fly out of, Dayton is an easy in and out airport to fly from. I wouldnt be surprised to see Airtran adding several cities from DAY in the next year. The long term lot was full last week...and US Airways flights have been full the last 4 months out of Dayton.

Well, that would make sense, I just quit commuting out of there a few weeks ago.
