Hates his employees. Thinks they all should be paid below average. Delayed dozens of AC. Never speaks or shows himself outside of MCO Ivory Tower. Stock never gets above $5.50 since he took office and takes the 2nd largest pay compensation package in the industry next to Big D. This guy is a piece of work. Either he is gone within the next year or Airtran is merged with someone else. Hopefully not RAH..

What's good for the share holder, isn't necessarily good for the employee or vice-versa.

You'd think Boards of Directors, with their fiduciary duty to protect all shareholders, would pounce on these types of surveys. But they don't. On the flip side, airlines tend to be unionized and unions, as we all know, can constrain management's ability to act quickly to protect shareholders. So, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't in this lame business...
 
Funny thing is that when the survey first came out, he was running way behind at only around 5% of the votes. As soon as it hit the airtran pilots website his numbers started to skyrocket. Even at 17% he currently has just over 400 votes. Id be willing to bet the pilots have at least 250 of those votes.

I would be willing to bet Airtran pilots have 390 of those votes. Of course, Cramer's opinion of Fornaro is quite the opposite (check the slide show commentary on right side) since Airtran made alot of money in 2009 (a larger net profit than Southwest, Jetblue, or Alaska), and you know Cramer thinks the airline industry is terrible at producing profits.
