AirTran cellphone discounts

Any cell phone providers offer discounts to AirTran employees? Verizon, by any chance?

At previous regionals, we got good discounts by saying we worked under United or USAir banners.

Just tell them that you are a United or CAL pilot (both give 25% discounts and give them your friends phone number as your supervisor.

I did this years ago when I worked under the DL umbrella and no one ever asked or checked.

Yes, AirTran employees get discounts with all the big cell phone carriers...Verizon, ATT,Sprint,TMobile, etc.

I personally have the Verizon discount. Verizon will ask you for your Company ID. Then they will make a copy of it and fax it to somewhere for verification.
