I know this is a pilot forum, but I thought I'd ask anyway...
My girlfriend is currently an employee at Skywest. She's looking to move in with me here in Central Florida, but the closest base to here is ORD. I think that may be a rought commute for her if she tries to drive an hour to MCO and then fly all the way to ORD.
But I have been looking at other options, and so far AirTran and ASA look like two good choices. But I was wondering if AirTran pays per diem, I couldnt find it in the employment descriptions on their website.
Also, does AirTran offer good flight benefits, mainly for commuting. I think Delta, United, and Frontier are most important for the route that she would be commuting on (Either DAB-ATL or MCO-ATL)
If anyone has any info on either AirTran or ASA, I'd appreciate it!
Thanks a lot
