Airport Tetrahedron or WindTee

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of Airport Tetrahedrons or WindTees? Our airport has a Wind Sock, but we are in need of one of the above as well. I searched Google, as well as Flight Info, but can not locate any companies that produce such items.

I would be interested in "plans" for the construction of one as well, if anyone knows of any.

Prefer something about 15' long x at least 6' wide, with capability to be lighted.

L08 has a Bede 5 on pole that works well,the prop even turns to help estimate wind v.
