Does anyone know of a good place to park a car at ICT???

Does anyone know of a good place to park a car at ICT???

For how long? A couple of the FBOs on field might allow you to leave it in their parking lot if you let them know you're a pilot passing through, or words to that effect. I left mine there a couple years ago, but I flew into one of the FBOs every night and left my a/c there...they knew me well.

How long are you staying, or rather how long will you be gone? I'm about 7 mins from ICT and could give you a ride if you wanted (depending on my work schedule)...you could leave your car parked in front of our house if you need to.

Thanks anyway, I am just looking for a cheap lot. What about the hilton across the street? Will they tow my car if I park there for a few days at a time?

No idea about the Hilton, but my Father-in-Law flies the airlines outta there all the time for work; I tried calling him, but he wasn't there. He should call me later and I'll bet he knows how much long term parking is there. I'll let ya know.


Edit: He said longterm by the terminal (w/in walking distance) is about $6-8/day, and, as far as he knew, satellite (w/shuttle) is about $4-5. Hope that helps.

I parked at the Hilton in ICT 3 days a week for several months. I just parked on the west side and blended in with all the other cars and walked over to the terminal. They have more than enough parking and don't give permits or anything to the guests. No one ever seemed to care.

Park at" Bleachers" at least that what they use to call it when I lived there. If you get in on Wednesday its "$2.00 you call it night!!"
