The ability to file via www.fltplan.com only extends to the Bahamas now. I assume its because that most of the Bahamas is covered by ZMA at 7000' and above and the FAA flight format can be accepted. Fltplan.com does not support an ICAO format. As mentioned above you can do straight line international flight planning on fltplan.com to many int'l airports on their Quick Info feature.

and, don't be scared when machine gun tottin dudes in old Ford pickups follow you around the tarmac. They're just making sure that nobody tried to jump from the weeds into your wheel wells.
