I would highly suggest picking up a copy of the ACU QUICK - Pretty much has all the information you are looking for and then some.....
We keep a copy on every type of equipment that we operate and it really comes in handy on quick ATC route ammendments when you don't have time to look at the low enroute or high enroute charts during those busy times.
On a side note-> I have had quite a few students personally take the time to write out most of the freq's/idents of the particular region that they are flying in and laminate it at a Kinkos and memorize as much as they could this way it cuts down on having to refer constantly to the charts. (kinda in a checklist format) If you are going to do this I would also refer to the charts to ensure you have the right information plugged in.... The G430/530 is nice because everything is right at your fingertips unlike the smaller training equipment where you don't have the information so readily available to you.
