Yeah... pilot geek. I know. Anyhow.....someone got a link or know where to buy some??? Some business at the AOPA Expo was selling them but don't know who. thanks
 
Hmmm. Lots of wires and a battery pack in your kit bag. It would be fun, but I think I'll save myself the hassle with the TSA.

I know they do make 12V light sets. I've seen them in big rigs and RVs. Maybe check a trucking web site?

Oh, I thought you meant putting lights up in the cockpit during boarding!

I saw some Star Trek ornaments once that plugged into a christmas light socket and had working running lights. I wonder if they make any airplane ornaments like that? That would be cool, though still geeky.
