Exactly my thought. Ask them if they intend to start you out on one of the few E-110s that they have not lost within the last year or if they intend to put you in the Caravan that seems to not handle ice so well. Suggest that they spend some money and equip their 208s with TKS. There is more QOL than just how many days off and what you get paid.

If you start the interview off, this will provide plenty of discussion and you won't have to worry about the standard question. You have already demonstrated that you know something about their company and the equipment that they fly. Talk about TKS and known ice and there you have covered the regs.
