16-18 months seems like nothing to me for upgrade time. It will take a hell of a lot longer to do that at a regional.

I just want to clarify that's 16-18 months upgrade to a Lear FO. You'd already an FO at a regional.

STARCHECKDRIVER wait a year and then post again. We all felt the same way when we started. They don't hire the best, they hire whoever applies. That is generally pilots with not enough multi-time to go to the regionals. Don't get me wrong I like the company, but think about it very hard before coming. Nights get really hard after a bit and now the money is not there to compensate.
