Airnet Internship

Has anyone ever done the internship at airnet? What does it entail? Is it a flight internship or are you the chief pilots biatch? Either way I would like to get some information it looks like a pretty good opportunity? Thanks for your help.

This is the first I've heard of it. I'm sure it's no different than other intern programs in that it's more of an opportunity to get your foot in the door and show your interest in the company. I seriously doubt they would put you on flight status in any capacity since you still have to go through their training and get a 135 letter. I don't know, maybe they'd let you runup a baron? But when you get your time up sounds like you'd have a huge advantage over the other applicants.

As far as I know, the internship involves working with pilot recruitment for a while before eventually going through the initial pilot training program to become a prop SIC.

I could be wrong though.

Work at Flight Express, they pay better, same airplane, plus you dont have to go though that ridiculous we think were FEDEX interview process.

Ridiculous interview? We think we’re FedEx?? Wtf? What kind of moron would come on here promoting one company while trashing another? Sounds like another one who was successfully weeded out. They’ve been doing this for a long time and know how to spot the ones to not waste time on.
