Airnet citizenship question

You will probably want to look into the TSA requiremnts with regards to foreign nationals taking flight training in the US. The school I taught at is British owned and caters primarily to Brits training in the US. All our foreign students had to register with the TSA and submit fingerprint cards prior to beginning flight training. Now, we were providing training "towards the issuance of a certificate or rating. " I don't know whether the 135 letter would fall under that umbrella or not. My guess is no, but you may want to look into it just the same.
 
I don't think any of our international pilots have to worry about any TSA stuff until the Learjet gets involved. But then, ALL of us have to do the fingerprint carpet dance since it's a 12.5 aircraft.

I could be wrong though.
 
As long as you can stay and work, in other words, have a green card you can be employed by Airnet. Some companies do require that you hold a US passport, something to do with security clearance to fly certain cargo.
