starchkr - I got the BUF SIC spot, and believe me I'm trying to bid out of it, but its great $. I've been here 8 1/2 months. Skipped a lot of people though.

Airnet

Now...to sound a little naive, what's so bad about the Buffalo run?

Its Buffalo, the run never goes south of Columbus, its almost a 14 hour day and it has 5 nights. (Only 3 of the nights are close to 14 hours).

Wings421... I just came out of CMH and i'm good friends with your new PIC out of BUF. He's very cool... and you better be too, or he'll kick you out so i can bid it and laugh thru the 14 hour day!

Kidding dude... he's cool... a famous quote from Bruce Almighty....
"I'm in hell."

Ahhh Buffalo!!!!! What a place...does it ever get above 50 there?;) Snow-DEEP SNOW- in the winter, 14 hour days, and you get to go to freakin' Canada daily or so. I almost bid it just to see if i could hold it...and now i know i could have...I am a few spots ahead of good ole GAR...in fact i took the SIC spot he really wanted...but hey it was an easy commute for me back and forth on SWA. I am SOOOOOOOOO glad i did not put in the feeler bid for that, sure i would be captain, but nah, those hours and that weather in the winter, heck that weather all year.

BUF or UCA

I'm not sure what is worse. going to KBUF or KUCA. I hate UCA. Wont matter anymore after two weeks, going to KRIC BABY. Love the lift of the base lock policy.
