How can you tell what airspace an airport is via AirNav? I don't see it written anywhere.

For example KBFL? I would venture to guess that it's class D, but only b/c of the daily operations...?

I don't know. I suppose you could call the number of the FBO provided and they'd know.

I'm not so sure about that... from what I've seen at most FBOs the people at the front desk answering the phones wouldn't have a clue about the class of airspace overhead.

The best site I have seen for airfield info, flight planning, and notams is:

http://www.aeroplanner.com

If you don't want to join (the basic membership is pretty cheap for a decent service) then you can still use the following link to look up an airport and get the same information that airnav gives you, PLUS a lot more. You can either click on the COMM tab at the top to see frequencies (Class B and C are identified here, Class D is assumed if not B or C and there is a tower) or you can click on an interactive sectional chart that depicts the Class B, C, or D airspace, as appropriate.

http://map.aeroplanner.com/mapping/chart/aptsel.cfm

In your example, KBFL in the sectional has the airspace depicted with the caption "See NOTAMS Directory for Class D eff hrs"

Hope this helps.
