You know, it's not like there's enough misinformation and misconception out there in the public at large to begin with. Then some tool puts drivel like that on a public site.

I've been there and done that in the Beech. That kind of junk just makes an already tough job that much harder. When you have to provide good customer service you end up having to bite your tongue until it hurts everytime some SOB makes a stupid "small airplane" joke that he/she thinks is orginal AND funny.

Makes it even worse when you go from a small turboprop to a CRJ...and still have to listen to the "oh, it's only a little plane" remarks.

Well, I gotta admit, that does seem like quite a bit of oil under the engines. I recognize the irony of that coming from a guy who flies DC-6's. Maybe I just haven't been around turbines enough to know what's normal.
