I am looking for information on getting a used "Airline Pilot Seat". I am living in South florida right now, I know the Opa Locka Airport has a boneyard of some sort. I am wondering if anyone on here has ever had the same idea of turning a pilots seat into a computer chair and if there are any good places to look or to call would be great.

Boeing used to have a surplus store down south of the Renton (WA)airport where they sold all kinds of crap. I saw some passenger seats there a couple of times. I don't know if it's still there. Maybe some SEA guys know?

Wasn't there a line in a movie that Robert Duvall stared in?

"I love the smell of an old pilot seat in the morning...It's the smell of..."

That's just gross man...
