Airline Pilot Central Forums?

Does anyone know how to register for APC forums? It says they are not registering new members right now, will they ever register new users?

I've been trying to register for a while there. This forum is an absolute disaster due to the moderators allowing a select few posters to run rampant on the forum.

I frequent the forum as a visitor on a regular basis. I find most of the threads and the posts themselves to be incredibly inaccurate. Read a few threads on the "Airline Pilot Knowledge Base" and you too will throw up.
