Airline Logbook

I have recently installed Airline Logbook for my iPaq 3635 Pocket PC PDA. For some reason the program wont launch. I click it, and nothing happens. Their FAQs are no help either.

In the release notes of the program it mentions it wont launch while in the cradle, but mine wont launch period.

Has anyone else seen this, and if so what did you do to remedy?

i don't have a PDA or anything, but can you uninstall the program? if you can, uninstall it, then reinstall it, and see if that helps your problem. if not, cuss. a lot.
