Interview Prep

Here's a couple very good sources I've used:

Brown has a lot of no non-sense, straight to the point advice on a variety of topics including: career planning, job hunting, and interviewing, etc. I've used a lot of his tips and techniques and found them to be good stuff.

The self analysis section of Cage's book is very useful in prepping for any targeted selection interivew.

Most interviews these days are of the "targeted selection" type and any reference source that you can get on that topic will give you plenty of things to learn to help you in your endeavors.

As much as Kit Darby has been badmouthed on this board, Airinc has an excellent prep service. You don't even have to be a member or whatever. Pay them $100 and they give you all the gouge for HR questions, technical questions, and do some decent coaching. They have excellent intel. For the three regional interviews I had, they were right on with every question.
