Yes the airlines give you material but there are some well put together programs and material out there with some even tailored to a specific airline fleet.
I'll start with Red Triangle.(redtriangle.com) Has several aircraft to pick from and Airbusdriver.net Lot of acronyms and memory gadgets to help out.
