Aircraft Painter Recommendations Please

I need to get a 1965 Mooney M20C painted badly. I am in Louisville but would fly the plane somewhere relatively close.

I need some recommendations for a good painter that is reasonably priced.

Check out www.aviationconsumer.com they recently did a survey. Even a reasonably priced paint job is big $$$, it's worth a few bucks to educate yourself.

You might try Sunshine Aviation in Russellville, KY. They're at 4M7. They used to be in Portland, TN (I think they had a few EPA problems there...) before they moved. I seem to recall them doing some work for the folks I flew with (touchups and the like), and the boss was satisfied with it.
