Aircraft Management Articles (domestic mid-size jet)

Does anyone know of any well-written articles, covering probable considerations involved in the management of a domestically operated, mid-size business jet? Ideally, I would like to hear from someone managing and flying their company Lear or Hawker. Thank you in advance!

They just did a two part series on management, one pro and one "against" in pro pilot, It wasn't las month but spread over the previous two...I don't know the specific issues but they were very interesting reading.
