Aircraft Buying ???

Anyone know the taxes applied to buying and aircraft within the state of NY. (one NY resident to another sale)

How about out of state like GA to NY or ME to NY?

Also: anyone know of a max airframe hour limit on 150's or 152's? If there is any.

I'm looking at one 152 that has close to 10000tt on the airframe.

Check out the NBAA website. They have that info. It may be in the members only section, I'm not sure.
