If you live in or near PHL, your QOL will be excellent at AWAC and you'll have ample opportunity to pick up extra flying....from pilots who have been MARGNO'd and want to drop their first or last turns to spend more time at home with the wife/kids/girlfriend.

about 80% out of training and about 100% within a month or two after. We really don't have a junior or senior base anymore... they just all suck equally.
