What would life be like based at LGA, commuting in from the NorthEast? If one was wanting to fly as reasonable or little as possible, is it possible. I have a company with employees that must be taken care of. Winter time is the slowest at work. It is something I have always wanted to do, but do you think it is practical? I appreciate your input.

No.

If you have a life, airline flying is not for you. Reserve as a new FO would keep you away from home a lot.

You can do worse than Air Wisconsin, but I dont think you have a practical scenario there as a regional pilot. Try it though, what do you have to lose?
