Air Wisconsin Phone Screening

Hey guys anyone here gotten the phone screening from AWAC? I thought i did well in it answered the HR questions like they should be. But i got the letter in the mail today saying try again in 6 months. Anyone have any idea? Is i because i have been with my current company for only 8 months? Anyways just curious.

They've interviewed people that have been with a company for less than 4 months. Everyone at the interviews did have a lot of time though... ranging from 1800-5000 tt.

I don't think length at current would be a factor... Most likely it was the callers "feel" after your conversation...

I would try again and in the mean time try some of the other regionals that have lower time expectations, such as Piedmont, Skywest, and such...
