As far as I am concerned UAL can take it and shove it where the sun don't shine. They will get their lowest bidders who in turn will run UAX in to the ground and take UAL along with them.Mel Sharples said:. . . What United is doing to you is crap.

I'm with you! Cuts ONLY if we fly for NWA! I like it.Rottweiller said:As far as I am concerned UAL can take it and shove it where the sun don't shine. They will get their lowest bidders who in turn will run UAX in to the ground and take UAL along with them.
It would be nice to see AW Management have a proposal on NWA's (or someone else) desk in the morning for 70 aircraft and leave UAL out in the cold to squirm and die!!
I would take a ANOTHER cut just to see that!!

Used to be very well. In fact, we thought the relationship was going better than any other major/regional partnership until the new NWA TA. They were great to us during our contract negotiations and they are very helpful in general. They had vowed to keep all "red tail" flying between mainline, Mesaba, and Pinnacle but after they signed the TA that all went out the window. They adopted a third child and we have to share what little milk is left in the tit with him. Not to mention he will be in our bed...Furloughed80 said:A question for any Airlink pilots out there......How exactly does NW treat their regional partners?
Don't go back to UAL.....I want to see Indy kick UAL's big fat [body part] out of IAD.w4mch said:Forget Indy going back to UAL. Ain't gonna happen, 'cause we could have had the "5 year cut your own throat" deal UAL is offering you last year without spending our cash. UAL doesn't need our IAD gates either, they got that snazzy new G terminal. What they do need is to keep us from depressing their yields in the markets we compete in and to lower their feed costs at the same time.
